Subject: Presentation on January 9^th and Website Information

Dear Greg:

Thank you for the invitation to make a presentation on January 9^th to the Loma Alta Neighborhood Association about the Robertson’s Ready Mix concrete batch plant planned on Industry Street. We appreciate the opportunity to bring the facts about this project to your members and look forward to answering questions from your community.

For this meeting, we envision making about a 15 minute presentation with projected slides and then we will answer any questions from the audience. We will plan to arrive early at the Apostolic Assembly Church so that we can set up a projector and screen for the presentation. We are also working on the development of an informational website on the project which should be available for the public before this meeting as another source of accurate information about our plan.

To provide your members with accurate information about this project, it is important that they understand that the enclosed design of this new facility is very different than standard concrete plants. Therefore, we would request that you add the attached project renderings to your Association website, which now only contains a flyer with photos of older plants that look and operate far differently than our plan for this facility. It is inaccurate to display photos of older plants which lead your members to believe that is what Robertson’s has planned for this site in Oceanside. As soon as our project website is complete we will provide you with a link that you may also want to add to your website to give your membership easy access to that information.
