Presentation:
Mr. Chriss and
Mr. Frost presented their new version of The Ventana project. It was clear that
the recommendations and focus group findings put
forward by the group were well received. The newly
designed project features entrance and exit from Canyon Blvd. NOT Crouch Street
and three houses instead of two as suggested in the focus group findings.
Please see the Ventana Focus Group Findings on the LANA Website at the “New”
Blinking Arrow.
At the conclusion of the presentation, Frost and
Chriss received an ovation by the entire group and several members commended
them for seriously considering our suggestions and acting upon them.

As specified in the Loma Alta Neighborhood
Association Bylaws, one vote per household resulted in the following election
results: with 27 votes, President Greg Root, Vice President Ed Burns and
